Group Event Request
An Artica staff member will follow up once reviewed.
Event Requirements
- All approved requests must pay a $30 flat fee for rental of the space. See activities below for additional pricing.
- All requests must be submitted a minimum of (2) weeks before the date of your event
- Minimum of 8 people to be a “group”
- All bisque selections are dependent on current inventory.
- All requests are confirmed via email by an Artica Staff member.
- Payment may be processed upon arrival or before your event in person.
- Credit card and chartstring (if you are NU Staff/Faculty) are accepted.
- No cash payments accepted

What’s Included:
- Cost includes bisque items, glazes, bisque painting supplies, and firing
- Artica Staff available to answer any questions you may have during your group’s event
- Due to a busy firing schedule, please allow 2-3 weeks after your event date to pick up your finished piece. Group leaders may email articastudios@u.northwestern.edu to check on its status.

What’s Included:
- Choice of canvas size, paints, and other in-studio tools to create your piece.
- Space and time to be creative and finish your painting
- Artica Staff available to answer any questions you may have during your group’s event
Catering and Food Policy
If you would like your event catered, please work directly with the Event Planning Office by emailing your catering request to norris-events@northwestern.edu. This applies to all group event requests.
No outside catering or food orders are allowed during the run of your event.
